To Italy and Back in Five Minutes

This afternoon I went to Italy and back thanks to our handy dandy panini maker. This little gadget will elevate any ordinary sandwich to new heights, creating a wonderful crispy shell to bread with haute grill mark racing strips and melt cheese to milky perfection.  Two slices of rustic bread, one sliced tomato, a handful of fresh basil, a hunk of sliced turkey breast, a generous dollop of burrata cheese, a dash of salt and fresh pepper, and tada — Delizioso!
